15th International AFWA Congress and Exhibition

The theme of the event will be “Water and sanitation: what perspectives facing energy challenges and climate change”.
Transparency International and the Water Integrity Network will run a specific session that will highlight corruption in the water sector in Uganda’ water supply and sanitation sector and what its consequences are. The session will also present effective tools, such as the implementation of Integrity Pacts, and what lessons have been learnt from Uganda’s promotion of governance and anti-corruption practices.
