The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), based in Austria, is a pan-European security body whose 55 participating States. It may seem like an unlikely site until you realise that it has been working in transition and former eastern block countries where detailed work on governance and corruptions began sometime ago. The website currently shows 230 publications on corruption and 120 on “water and corruption”. Hardcopies, including its interesting toolkit are sent free of charge.
