The Water Integrity Network is pleased to announce that the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation have approved a grant proposal, and will be funding our programme for activating citizens, government and utilities towards integrity in water management and services.
This programme involves engagement in Kenya, Benin, and on international knowledge and learning. We will work with local partners to improve water management and services by elevating water integrity in policy and practice. Jointly we will support citizens to monitor performance, voice their needs and speak out against corruption; and assist governments and service providers to take responsive action.
The William and Flora Hewlett Foundation is a nonpartisan, private charitable foundation that advances ideas and supports institutions to promote a better world. The Foundation allocates grants to a broad range of institutions – research universities, grassroots organizations, multilateral groups, and now WIN! We are very thankful for their support.
