Integrity and water service provision: tools and experiences for water-utilities

Utilities play a key role in cities by providing water services. However, integrity failures threaten their performance and efficiency.
This session addresses tools developed by IADB and WIN to foster better integrity management practices within utilities, and ultimately to contribute to the provision of water and sanitation for all.
