Professional Training Workshop
3 – 4 May 2017
Berlin, venue tbc
Too many WASH and WRM projects fail prematurely or are left unused because they are poorly planned, don’t adequately meet user needs, or are weakened by corruption and integrity issues. This means too many people who should benefit from water projects end up without the water, the capacities, or the resources they need. This must stop. Lives are at stake, as is the credibility of your organization.
Integrity, Quality and Compliance (IQC) management is a participatory, step-by-step methodology to help improve integrity, manage quality, and ensure compliance of small-scale WASH and WRM projects.
Learn how to apply IQC Management in your projects and how to use IQC to extend your project portfolio: join this 1 ½-day training course!
The course is ideal for WASH and WRM project and portfolio managers, who:
- continuously seek ways to enhance the relevance and impact of their (partners) projects, and/or
- want to learn how to enhance sector governance and integrity through a tangible management and capacity development approach.
For more information about the methodology and to register, please contact us by email: bdas[at]win-s.org
Thanks to the support of WIN’s donors, the IQC training is being proposed at subsidized fees.
