Participatory processes that help enhance trust, increase motivation, and build collective action between water committees and users are key for delivering more effective and sustainable water services.
To enable participation and improve water access by focusing on integrity of small systems in Ethiopia, Caritas worked with WASHCOs to introduce the Integrity Management Toolbox for Small Water Supply Systems in several communities.
