Dirty and locked toilets are leaving students behind. Poor integrity is a contributing factor. Change requires a holistic approach to the issues. DORP, BAWIN, and WIN are using integrity assessments in schools to raise awareness, increase Transparency, Accountability, and Participation and ensure resources are spent for decent WASH faciltities, as they are meant to be.
