HOW IT WORKS
The indicator framework can be used by regulators with input from water service providers under their purview.
HOW IT WAS DEVELOPED
The indicator framework has been developed by the Consortium for Integrity in Latin America (WIN, SIWI, and cewas) with support from the Inter-American Development Bank. It is currently being piloted and refined with support from regulators in Ecuador and Honduras.
